1000’s of consumers have reported a serious outage impacting the NAB cell banking app.
“Connection Failed,” a message on the app learn. “We’re having bother connecting. Give it a minute and have one other go.”
It was later up to date to: “We’re sorry, the app isn’t working for the time being. We’ll have it again up and operating as quickly as we will.”

Clients reported the difficulty from about 3.15pm AEST, based on Down Detector.
“How are you presupposed to entry/switch cash on the weekend??” one particular person tweeted.
In response to a separate buyer on Twitter, NAB wrote: “We’re at present experiencing an outage with logging into the NAB cell banking app and it has already been escalated to our expertise workforce with excessive significance.”
It’s unclear when the difficulty can be resolved.
